In order to be eligible for our services, you must be with the company for 6 months before you can file for your full benefits. In the event you file before your 6 months, you will get back only the money you have put in until the point you file.
In the event you quit your job, you acknowledge that you will not get paid and your claim is invalid. My Bill Plan will only pay you if you lost your job due to no fault of your own.
You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, instruct or induce others to use, the website or website services for any activities that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; for any other illegal or fraudulent purpose or any purpose that is harmful to others; or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is illegal, fraudulent or harmful to others.
My Bill Plan is licensed to retain all right, title, and interest in and to all Intellectual Property Rights related in and to the website and the website services.
The Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Service and you consent to the collection and use of your information, including personally identifiable information by My Bill Plan.
